Burns of Scriba, New York, born in Oswego, New York, who passed away on May 22, 2022, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Richard Baker. She is survived by: her mother Connie Haynes (Albright) of Scriba; her husband Steven Burns; her daughter Cheryl; her father-in-law Steven; and her siblings, Brittany, Steven "Nick" Burns of Scriba, Richard Baker (Marilyn) of Oswego, Deidra Baker of New Haven and Paula Baker of Scriba. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
