He was predeceased by: his parents, James O. Hewitt and Lena M. Hewitt; his wife Lynda M Whiting; his daughters, Fawn and Tamara (Pooh); his siblings, Ronald, Marian, Richard, Robert, Arlene and Arthur; and his grandchildren, Gary Lee and Natalee Joan.
He is survived by: his children, Brian (Jen) of Lowville, Bruce (Brenda) of Oswego, Charles Jr. (Tracey) of Wyoming and April (Bob) of Florida; and his sisters, Carol of Lowville, Jeanette of Massachusetts and Diane of Syracuse. He is also survived by Twenty grandchildren, thirty great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews cousins, and friends.
