She is survived by: her husband Leslie "Lee" Phelps of Scriba, NY; her children, Shannon (Ron Strong) and Beth (Andrew Foxenberg); her siblings, Patricia Souva of New Haven, NY, Phyllis Hartman, Dorian Thomas of Camillus, NY, Elizabeth Meyer of Cliffton Park, NY and Leah Delaney of Oneida, NY; and her grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Alexander Strong and Lilian Squire. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
