It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Noyes of Scottsville, New York, who passed away on January 25, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Nesbitt and Mildred Nesbitt; and her siblings, Richard Nesbitt, Shirlee Peacox (Earle), Dorothy Ideman (Gerry), Audrey Russell (Jack) and Jaqueline O'Steen (Jack).

She is survived by: her husband Richard; and her children, Richard Jr. Noyes (Rosalina), Christopher Noyes (Kathy), Tracie VanAlstine (Ken) and Kelly Noyes-Colvin (Alan). She is also survived by several grandchildren & great grandchildren.
