He was predeceased by: his father Bernard Kreitzberg. He is survived by: his close friend Elisabet Butler; his mother Eleanor Palumbo; his siblings, Renée Sutton (Brent) and Adam Kreitzberg (Mary); his stepchildren, Izabella Kimber, Alexandria Kimber, Karenina Spicer (Sean) and Christopher Kimber (Nicole); his cousins, Cheri and Philip Greenauer; and his stepmother Teri Kreitzberg Furdyn. He is also survived by many granddaughters, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and one nephew.
