We are sad to announce that on April 3, 2021, at the age of 82, Clifford Chapman of Scottsville, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Hiram and Thelma Chapman; his son David Chapman; and his brother Larry. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughter JoAnn Armistead (Scott) of Richmond, VA; his grandchildren, Jared Armistead (Elizabeth) of Harrisburg, PA, Noah, Seth Armistead of Richmond, VA, Cheyenne and Dakota Chapman of Brockport, NY; his brothers, Earle Chapman (Ellen) of Augusta, ME and Don Chapman (Ruth) of Ponce Inlet, FL; and his sister-in-law Charlotte Wytias of Bailey, CO..

There will be a graveside service at the Quaker Cemetery, Quaker Road, Scottsville at 11 AM on Saturday, April 10.In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Clifford's name to Home Instead, 97 Canal Landing Blvd., Suite 9, Rochester, NY. 14626.
