He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredricka Boppert Forst and Herbert C. Forst (Martha Talbot); and his brother Dean Forst. He is survived by: his sons, Matthew W. Forst and Jason T. Forst; his grandson Gilbert Dahlie-Forst; his sister Sharon Forst; his stepbrothers, Martin Talbot and Harold Talbot; and his friend John Kehl. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Bill's name to WMHT or the Animal Protective Foundation.
