It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter Keegan Sr. of Scotia, New York, born in Troy, New York, who passed away on January 23, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Keegan and Alice Keegan of Troy, NY.; and his brother James G. Keegan. He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Keegan; his children, Col. Peter Keegan Jr. (Stephanie), Kirsten Nichter (Michael) and Katie De Vito (David); his pet Emma Louise; his grandchildren, Conor, Madison, Aidan, Morgan, Alice, Isabella, Luca, John and Courtney; his great grandchildren, Penelope and Hazel; his sister Mary Penarczyk (Joseph); and his siblings-in-law, Ruth Evers, Jackie Mahar and Marty Mahar. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
