He is survived by: his sons, Nicholas Moquin (Amanda Smith-Moquin), Gregory Moquin (Gloria Karnes) and Tyler Moquin (Rachael); his granddaughter Willow Moquin; his siblings, Jackie Medeiros (late Louie) and Joe Moquin; and the mother of his children Elaine Yaksta.
