He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. Moquin and Cecile Moquin (Lusignan); his wife Betty Scriven; and his brother Lucien Moquin. He is survived by: his sons, Nicholas Moquin (Amanda Smith-Moquin), Gregory Moquin (Gloria Karnes) and Tyler Moquin (Rachael); his granddaughter Willow Moquin; his siblings, Jackie Medeiros (late Louie) and Joe Moquin; and the mother of his children Elaine Yaksta.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Glenville Funeral Home (9 Glenridge Rd, Glenville, NY 12302).
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Rogers name may be made to St. Luke's Catholic Church, 1241 State Street, Schenectady, NY 12304.
