We are sad to announce that on October 8, 2024, at the age of 66, Jeff Hannah of Scotia, New York, born in Schenectady, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Jeff shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Jeff farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his father Donald Hannah. He is survived by: his mother Beverly Baird; his siblings, Nancy McCormick (Phil), Paul Hannah and Craig Hannah (Shirley); his children, Stephanie Minick (Jesse) and Adam Hannah (Ashley); and his grandchildren, Jack, Lucy Minick, Ava and Jameson Hannah. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.
