She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hillas and Ruth Owen (Smith); and her pet Koda. She is survived by: her husband William; her children, Chad B. Welsh of Scotia, Brett C. Welsh of Scotia and Chelsea M. Welsh (Scott) of Albany; and her grandchildren, Isabel I. Welsh and William P. Welsh. She is also survived by brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
