He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Chicken and Josephine Chicken (Dopjera); his brother-in-law Arthur Merchant; and his niece Jennifer Kristin. He is survived by: his sister Nancy Merchant; his nephews, Corey Merchant (Michelle) and Brian Kristin; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brayden, Dylan Merchant, Hannah and Hailey Kristin.
