She is survived by: her children, Darlene Santor, Debra Juracka (Gino) and Mark Santor (Dawn); her grandchildren, April Gosier, Rachael Brault (Scott), Gina Ptak (Eric), Kayla Juracka, Nikki Juracka, Megan Doherty, Patrick Taylor (Jen) and Patricia Taylor; and her great grandchildren, Schyler Wells, Kaleena Taylor, Parker Taylor, Mia Ptak and Dean Ptak. She is also survived by her family, friends.
