Charles A. Diamond Sr. Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles A. Diamond Sr. of Scotia, New York, who passed away on November 3, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Diamond Sr. and Margaret Diamond; and his siblings, Daniel Diamond Jr. and Faye Diamond. He is survived by: his wife Karen Jean Piel Diamond of Danny's Restaurant; his sons, Charles Arthur Diamond Jr., Richard Rock Diamond of Schenectady, NY and Joseph Paul Diamond (Rebecca Diamond); his siblings, Lester Diamond (Cindy), Wayne Russell, Timothy Scott (Christine) and Nancy Diamond; his aunt Doris; and his close friend Link Diamond. He is also survived by other loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home – Rotterdam (1605 Helderberg Ave, Rotterdam, NY 12306). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 9:45 AM. A graveside service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Gerald B. H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery (200 Duell Rd, Schuylerville, NY 12871).
