It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Elizabeth Harvey of Scotia, New York, who passed away on October 18, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne; and her daughter Linda Richards. She is survived by: her son Steven (Susan) of Orleans. She is also survived by four grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
