It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Angela Pepper of Scotia, New York, born in Schenectady, New York, who passed away on November 7, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen J. Neach and Helen Neach (Simpson); and her siblings, Joette Denning, Sonny Spraker, Cindy Neach, Larry Spraker, Mary Templer (Berger), Patricia Neach (Chicky), Robert Neach (Robin), Michelle Pitari and Anita Neach.
She is survived by: her children, Micheal Pepper (Andrea), Gregory Smith and Angel Pepper; her siblings, Kurt Neach, Harvey Neach, Dolores MacDonald and Donna Santor; and her grandchildren, Brittany (Joe), Samantha (Tyler), Nicholas, Anthony, Desirae, Nicolette and Micheal.
