He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his sons, Christopher (Tammy), Aaron (Billie Jo) and Jay (Lisa); his sisters, Cheryl Canino (Richard) and Janet Vassallo (Frank); his siblings-in-law, Kathy Mattes (Duane) and Robert Cuatt (Ellen); his niece Phyllis Denise Mazzeo Ward; and his grandchildren, Zachary, Hayden, Taylor, Austin, Olivia, Haley, Paige, Zach, Cortney, Stephanie and Steven.
