He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Elliott and Evelyn Duff Elliott; his wife Marjorie F. Middaugh; his son Kevin Elliott; and his brothers, Joseph and Roy Elliott.
He is survived by: his children, Judy M. Spink (Jim Greefield) of Olean, Nancy L. Seger (Harland) of Wellsville, Kirby Elliott (Kathy) of Belmont, Kerry W. Elliott (Cathy Harvey) of Scio, Jeff W. Elliott (Karen) of Belmont, Brenda J. Weiser of Brockport and Tracy L. Smith (Terry) of Bergen; his son-in-law Bradley M. Spink of Olean; his grandchildren, Lisa, Nicole, Chad, Brandi, Dustin, Jessica, Samantha, Christopher, Katie, Trisha, Marybeth, Stephanie, Melissa, Joseph, Meghan, Matthew, Sara and Erin; and his sister Lucille Wakefield of Rochester, NH. He is also survived by 39 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren.
