She is survived by: her parents, Lanny Vanderhoff and Lois M. Willoughby; her sons, James Miller (Mellissa) of Allegany, David Richardson of Portville and Wayne Barrett (Kelsey) of Portville; her grandchildren, Rabecca, Brandi, Brooke, Henry, Lorelai, Audrey and Gunner; and her siblings, Mark Weatherby of Scio, Tony Weatherby of Union City and Cindy Kwiat of Union City, PA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
