He is survived by: his significant other Gail Kilburn; his sons, Robert Captain (Laurie) of Darien, Alexander Captain of Scio and Bly Captain of Great Falls, Montana.; his grandchildren, Heather, Tanya, Holly and Cody; and his children, Jackie, Jill Kilburn, Tennille and Trysha Underwood. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, 2 nephews and 1 niece.
