Mitchell (Scio, New York), born in Angelica, New York, who passed away on August 30, 2016, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Emmett Ward and Mary McAllister Ward; her husband Raymond Mitchell; her children, David Mitchell (Judy) of Shinglehouse, PA and Beverly J. Reinhart of Wellsville; and her brothers, Charles Ward and James Ward. She was also cherished by seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter and one sister.
