He is survived by: his children, Howard L. Hinkle, Jr. (Dillon) of Wellsville and Rebecca Veley (Gary) of Friendship; his stepdaughter Ashley Curry of Scio; and his siblings, Hazel Cornell of Scio, Louella Culbert, John Hinkle, Jr. of Cuba and Randy Hinkle (Belinda) of Indiana, PA. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins; and friend.
