She was predeceased by: her parents, William Norton and Elsie La Rose Goldthwait (Couchman); her husband Howard Donald Herke of Scio; and her daughter Joan Ball. She is survived by: her daughter Janet A. Vossler (Terry) of Butler, PA; her grandchildren, Bradley Ball of Wellsville, Elizabeth Stearns of Almond, Christopher Schroeder of Pittsburgh, PA, Heather Muska (Maxwell) of Shelbyville, IN, Matthew Schroeder (Sarah) of Flintstone, MD, Katrina Vossler of Pittsburgh, PA and Michael Vossler of Valencia, PA; her son-in-law Stephen Ball; and her sisters-in-law, Maxine Herke Latham and Marilyn Richmond Herke. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
