She was predeceased by: her parents, Harriet Lamphear and George Lamphear; her husband Raymond Blair; and her godson Gregory Paul Rose. She is survived by: her children, Fay Ellis of Ballston Spa and Russell Blair (Leanne) of Fort Ann; her grandsons, Anthony Blair (Brittany) of Fort Ann, Chad Ellis (Jessica) of Broadalbin and Zachary Blair (Katie) of Ravena; her great grandchildren, Hadley Rose, Amelia Rose, Makenna Ashley, Juliet Elizabeth and Oliver Tobias; and her sister Marie Bardon of Kingsbury. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and special friends.
