He was predeceased by: his wife Sylvia (Goodfellow); his parents, Rev Sidney Garland and Eva Garland; and his sister Elizabeth Ross. He is survived by: his son Michael (Deirdre); his siblings, Peter (Ann) and Joanne Dawson (Simon); and his nephews, Rick (Linda), Rob (Joni) and David (Chris).
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Gerald Bh Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery (200 Duell Rd, Schuylerville, NY 12871-1721).
