He is survived by: his wife Hanya Holm Faraldo of Colfax Louisiana; his children, Patricia Lockwood Blais, Sharon Lockwood and Raymond Lockwood Jr.; and his son-in-law Steven Blais.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks contributions to be made to the Alzheimer's Organization and the Lions Club of Schuylerville.
