He is survived by: his wife Betty Garcia; his brothers, Richard Garcia (Ann) of Keeseville, NY and Arthur Garcia (Dianne) of Orlando, FL; his children, Cassandra Garcia (Vu), Michael Garcia (Robin), Arthur Garcia (Pat), Glen Garcia and Lynn Garcia; his grandchildren, Zachary, Nicholas, Brandi and Derek; and his great grandchildren, Fiona, Vivian and Piper. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and the last.
