It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Frances Palmer (Schuylerville, New York), born in Mechanicville, New York, who passed away on July 2, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred DeCelle and Cecelia M. Baker DeCelle; her husband Peter J. Palmer; and her siblings, Alfred R., William P., Frederick R. DeCelle, Sr., Mary M. Patregnani, Cecelia M. Coreno, Shirley A. Anuszewski and Catherine M. "Mooie" Schell.
She is survived by: her son John J. Palmer (Barbara Travis); her grandchildren, Trisha Alpy (Marco), John Palmer (Brittany) and Zachary Palmer (Tiffany); her great grandchildren, Lexi, Mia, Kylee, Marco, Ava, Emma, Vivienne, Evangeline and Everett; and her sisters, Beverly Gooley, Madeline DeCelle, Elizabeth Neese, Carol Volpe (Frank) and Gail Phillips. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
