Mayer (Schuylerville, New York), born in Cambridge, New York, who passed away on January 19, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Mayer and Francis Mayer; his girlfriend Pam Phillips; his girlfriend's son Scott Phillips (Patti); his son Justin; his grandchild Jayse; his siblings, Jean Brooks, Sue Weatherwax, Jackie Rogers and Charles Mayer; his caregiver Anna; his friends, Dick Murtha, Frank VanEtten, Mike Wells, Brian, Jean Huber, Don Yanchunis and Darryl Dumas; and also, Ben and Hunter. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Joe requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to St. Jude or the Shriners, and that would make him happy.
