He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Kettlewell and Audrey Kettlewell; his wife Susie Kane-Kettlewell; his brother James Kettlewell of Saratoga Springs; his daughters, Julia Toos of Brooklyn, NY and Caroline Kettlewell of Richmond, VA; his stepchildren, Sarah Kane of Schuylerville, NY, Patrick Kane of Bishops Stortford, England and Campbell Kane of Alexandria, VA; and his grandchildren, Malyah, Aram, Minu, Sam, Finn, Alfie, Ruby and Jack.
