He was predeceased by: his parents, John Malinoski and Mary McDonald Malinoski; and his sister Linda Masten. He is survived by: his wife Mary Rose Maul Malinoski; his siblings, Thomas Malinoski, Lynn Malinoski (Sylvia), Diane Foglietta, Gary Malinoski, Terry Logan (Albert), Cindy White (Christopher) and Noreen Reddon (Patrick); his brother-in-law William E. Maul; and his pets, Purny and Asha. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Donations can be made in his memory to H.O.P.E. or the Boys and Girls Club of Troy.
