He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Gene and Katherine Horswell Cornell. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" G. Buck Cornell; his sons, James Michael Cornell of Watervliet, NY, Michael Anthony Cornell of Dallas, TX and Robert Eugene Cornell of Cohoes, NY; and his siblings, Ritha Snyder and Robert Cornell. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
