He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bishop and Lessie Taylor Bishop; his son Brent Bishop; and his sisters, Helen, Judy and Patricia.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Isenbergh Bishop; his sons, David Bishop (Stephanie) and Adam Bishop; his grandchildren, Breanna, Kirsten, David Jr., Lillian and Adam Jr.; his great grandchildren, Brent, Silas and Luna; and his siblings, Carl, Jimmy, Michael, Paul, Thomas Bishop, Terrie Singh, Claire Lee and Cindy Patel.
A funeral service was held on Monday, September 9th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (33 Walter St, Albany, NY 12204). An entombment was held on Monday, September 9th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Gerald Bh Solomon National Cemetery (200 Duell Rd, Schuylerville, NY 12871).
