She was predeceased by: her parent Jules Reulet; her husband Joseph Macica; and her siblings, Joseph Reulet and Marie Winney. She is survived by: her parent Helen Mrkva Reulet; her children, Jules James "Jim" Macica (Barbara), John Joseph "Jack" Macica (Jamie), Joann Helen Searles (Dennis), Danielle Bailey (Jeremy), Elizabeth Macica, Katherine L. Macica (Benjamin Bilton), Amanda Sharrow (Grant), Marcus Lapitsky (Maria) and Kara Fox (Jon); and her great grandchildren, Ian, Campbell, Payton, Lucas, Jacob, Alaina and Zander.
