He was predeceased by: his parents, William Roy and Agnes Durant Roy; and his brother Robert Roy. He is survived by: his fiancée Cynthia Rinehimer; his children, Richard Roy (Pauline Santiago), Thomas Roy and Deborah Bird; his granddaughter Danielle Bird (Tyler Levans); his friend Cathy Martin; and the mother of his children Irene Cloutier.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Gerald B. H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery (200 Duell Rd, Schuylerville, NY 12871).
