He was predeceased by: his parents, John Brzozowski and Sophie Brzozowski (Koskowski); his wife Beverly Wayto Brzozowski; his son-in-law Richard Duncan; and his sisters, Stasia Malis, Mary Hunt, Jessie Piechocki, Isabelle Olsen and Casimira Miller.
He is survived by: his close friend Sandra Kelley; his children, Catherine Duncan (William Bateman), Elizabeth Hardy, Joseph Brzozowski and David Brzozowski; his grandchildren, Ian Duncan (Brittany), Alyssa Duncan, Katie Wible (Andrew), Jesse Juliano, Shayne Hardy, Jonathan Brzozowski (Devon), Sarah Brzozowski and Matthew Brzozowski (Shawna); and his great grandchildren, Richard Duncan, Hailey Hutchens, Tallulah, Juniper Wible, Eva, Audrey Brzozowski and Alexis Brzozowski.
