She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband James J. Forgett; her mother Elsie Dolan Craig; her children, Dena Garrant (Jamey) and James J. "Jim" Forgett; her siblings, Rose, John Cruickshank and Bill Heeder; her grandchildren, Shannon Forgett Patrick, Jamey Garrant, Sarah Winchester (Wayne), Amanda Forgett and James Forgett; her great grandchildren, Alexsis Patrick, Nathan Patrick, Ameliah Patrick, Elliana Winchester and Rowen Winchester; and her close friend Kathleen Gibbins. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the John J. Sanvidge Funeral Home, Inc. (565 4th Ave, Troy, NY 12182). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Gerald B. H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery (200 Duell Rd, Schuylerville, NY 12871). A reception was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 4:15 PM at the Pleasantdale Fire House (1181 River Rd, Troy, NY 12182).
