He is survived by: his wife Terri; his children, Debra Harvey (Tom), Patty Sarvis (Jim), Eric Hart and Farrah Soppe (Wil); his sisters, Marian Bunt and Patty Godwin (Willy); and his caregivers, Casey, April and Ed Keeler. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
