He is survived by: his wife Carol Piekarkski; his siblings, Mary Posniewski (Eugene) and Jim McCarthy (Karrol); his daughters, Suzanne Collins (Leonard) and Debra Jones (Thomas); and his grandchildren, Britni, Alex, Miranda and Hailey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
