Ashworth (Nicole) of Phoenix, AZ and Rebecca Elizabeth Barrett of Clifton Park, NY; his sister Shirley Johnson (Leroy) of Waycross, GA; his grandchildren, Adrianne Leigh Barrett and Magnus Ulysses Ashworth; and his nephew Sean Johnson.
