He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred G. O'Brien and Anna Mae O'Connell O'Brien. He is survived by: his wife Ann M. Charette O'Brien of Lansingburgh; his daughter Elizabeth "Liz" Bukowski (Shawn) of Selkirk; his stepsons, Thomas Bellow of Green Island and Matthew Bellow (Reneh) of Watervliet; his sister Mary O'Brien; his grandchildren, Easton Bukowski, Marley, Thomas and Nathan Bellow; and his great grandchild Lyla Loeper. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
