She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph W. Kosina; her brother Frank; and her brother-in-law John Kosina. She is survived by: her sons, Bill (Jean), Jim (Marie) and Rob; her granddaughter Amy Saxxon; her nephews, Chris and Frank; and her sister-in-law Helen.

In accordance with New York State executive order 202. 6, due too COVID-19 precautions, a memorial service will take place at a later date to be announced.
