He is survived by: his wife Vivian Seamon; his children, Clinton Sparks III (Cheryl) of Hartwick, Wade Aaron Sparks (Bridgett) of California, Travis Wayne Sparks of VanHornesville, Heath Adam Sparks (Cheri) of Ohio, Vanessa Vivian Sheldon (Melzer) of Richfield Springs, Wendy Theresa Crouch (Dennis) of Burlington Flatts, KarenaAngela Proctor (Timothy) of Richfield Springs, Teaha Lillian Holmes (Jerry) of Herkimer and Kamala Sparks of Sherburne; and his sisters, Dolly Moynihan (Sam) of Ilion and Catherine Ervin of Mohawk. He is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
