With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sonia Friberg McSpedon (Schroon Lake, New York), born in Dobbs Ferry, New York, who passed away on January 13, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henning Friberg and Gerda Friberg (Forsberg); her husband William J. McSpedon; her sons, William and James; and her brother Enar.
She is survived by: her son John (Elaine) of Temple, TX; and also Elaine of East Berne, NY. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial take the form of donations to the Newcomb Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad, 20 Marcy Lane, Newcomb, NY 12852.
