He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. D'Andrade (Red) and Eda Jensen D'Andrade; and his siblings, Vanessa A. D'Andrade and Wayne C. D'Andrade. He is survived by: his sister Jennifer S. D'Andrade; his sister-in-law Christine A. D'Andrade; his nieces, Chantel Korapaktin of Charleston, SC. and Jenessa D'Andrade of Pottersville; and his nephew Brooks McCoy of Liberty Mo. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
The family suggests Memorials take the form of donations to the charity of one's choice.
