He is survived by: his wife Tina Armstrong (Foster); his children, Jessica Graves (Bill), Melissa Armstrong (Michael), Rebecca Armstrong and Jeffery Armstrong (Kara); his grandchildren, Kason, Kaelyn, Liam and Lilly; and his siblings, Richard C. Armstrong Jr. (Bridget), Jennifer Cross (Joseph) and Tina Helms (Kenneth). He is also survived by his many aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
