He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin W. Cain and Myrtle M. Cain (Handy); his wife Grace E. Cain (Bryan); and his siblings, Mildred, Harold, John, Lynn, James and Thelma.
He is survived by: his sons, James A. Cain (Colleen) of Summit and Robert W. Cain (Kim) of New Hartford; and his siblings, Mary Thomas of Texas, Linda Robinson (Danny) of Johnstown and Eugene Cain of Scotia. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
