Verna H. Filmer Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Verna H. Filmer of Schoharie, New York, who passed away on January 4, 2025 at the age of 93. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Verna H. Filmer to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Heacock and Mabel Heacock (Rollins); her husband Ron; and her sister Betty Coloney. She is survived by: her children, Sheryl Ann Caranci of Salem, SC, Ronald S. Filmer, Jr. (Lisa) of Cobleskill and Carole L. Keyser (Dennis) of Esperance; her grandchildren, Steven, Nicole, Barbi and Cole (Lena); her great grandchildren, Carson, Aubree and Aurora; and her sister-in-law Eleanor Palmer of Plattsburg.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Langan Funeral Home (327 Main St, Schoharie, NY 12157). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
