She was predeceased by: her aunt Priscilla Marx. She is survived by: her parents, John Kuzma and Karen Kuzma (Rockwell); her grandmother Rockwell; her aunts, Jean Fahey (Frank) of Claremont, NH and Janice Bartyzel (William) of Venice, FL; and her uncle Peter Marx of Schenectady, NY.
