He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Adair and Anita Adair (Weidman); and his brother Leslie Adair. He is survived by: his son James A. Adair, II (Catherine) of Middleburgh; his grandchildren, Landen, Nevaeh and Thyra; his siblings, Patti Beers of Karnes City, TX and Melvin Adair (Diane) of Worcester; his nieces, Natashia and Tonya; and his cousins, Crystal Stead and Nikole Jalbert.
